Return Period
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unopened packaging
- In unused condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Custom or special order items
- Clearance items marked as final sale

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
